My Go To Fall Essential Oil Blend!

Guys! It’s officially fall and I couldn’t be more excited. The only thing that would make it better is Florida giving me just a little cold front. I’m talking 65 degrees. That’s it. That’s all I’m asking for! Anyways, Im ALL about the pumpkin scented soy candles from Target. I mean, I kinda already burned though one whole one this past September. However, being the natural gal I am, I love using essential oils not only for the beautiful aroma, but also the incredible health benefits that go with it!

This blend is perfect for diffusing in the evening time when you’ve had a really long day and just want to relax and unwind a bit. It’s also great to diffuse throughout the night for a restful sleep.

3 Drops Wild Orange

1 On Guard

2 Cedarwood

1 Frankincense

These POWERFUL oils carry so many benefits with them.

Wild Orange is my favorite smelling oil ever. It’s so invigorating and energizing when you use it on it’s own, however when you add it to this blend it gives it the perfect balanced scent.

On Guard is full of many great oils including Wild Orange Peel, Clove Bud, Cinnamon Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary Leaf/Flower essential oils. This blend kills up to 99.9% of bacteria and germs, supports the body’s natural antioxidant defenses, a healthy circulation in the body, and has such an uplifting aroma. This is the perfect oil to put on the bottom of your feet when you feel yourself under the weather.

Cedarwood is one of my new favorites for a few reasons. I first started mixing this with lavender and wild orange for a nice, subtle, day perfume. I recently discovered it’s wonderful for getting rid of bad dreams when diffused at night or put on the bottom of your feet. It’s also amazing for creating a relaxing space.

Frankincense is the gold mine of essential oils if I do say so myself! From using it as a nice cleansing facial acne wash to diffusing or rubbing on your feet for a good night sleep and a more balanced mood. It has so many uses to it, which makes it one of the more expensive oils.

All of these together have been my recent go-to blend for creating a restful, peaceful, space. Especially, when sleeping throughout the night and I’m so excited to share it with all of you to use and enjoy yourself. I hope you feel a little bit inspired to find your own essential oil blend for this fall season. If you find one you love, comment it so I can check it out myself. Have a wonderful, cozy, and most importantly delicious fall season everyone!
